Winter 2026/27: the railway has completed its preparations

The commission of the enterprise has accepted the readiness of the railway for winter. The snow-clearing trains of the three track distances are on standby, the point heaters have been tested at Nurzhan, Aulie-Ata Junction and Talas, and the carriages have been heated since 15 October.

From 3 to 14 November tracks 7 to 12 of the departure yard at the Nurzhan Rail Freight Depot will be relaid; the arrangements for shippers are given in the freight notices.
